As a 5-star hotel, there are lots of improvements needed in this hotel. The room we stayed has strong paint smell. The wash sinks are easily clogged. The water temperature of shower faucet is so difficult to adjust, it’s either burning hot or too cold. It can’t stay at warm level.
We reserve the stay in the hotel for a friend's wedding held in the same hotel. All the guests suppose to receive welcome basket but nothing was delivered to our room.

Clean. Great customer service. Soufian male waiter at the restaurant was excellent.
Restaurant price is bit expensive. Parking is in front of hotel. Area around the hotel is busy. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay pleasant. Happy New Year.
