8.6/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
Place is a fun environment, it has a bar with MUSIC TOO LOUD when they have a DJ. We love the bar area, and enjoy being able to communicate with our friends. As soon as the DJ sets up, it runs out the customers that pay to stay there for ppl they let in from wherever.
Jungle bar is more of a Club environment and that loud music is much more expected.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (100 reviews)
Stayed in the Estrella room, it was beyond beautiful. Long scenic walk to the room, kitchenette, and filtered water in the full sized fridge. Staff was very kind and helpful, since the hotel was 6 hours from SJO we had to leave at 4 am and to our surprise there was a staff member there to assist with checkout. There are no key drop-boxes, so I was worried about how we were going to return it. Overall an amazing stay.
