"We got there just as a winter storm was coming up, and the staff were very kind to check us in 3 hours before our check-in time. The apartment was fantastic. I travelled with 4 family members, and there was plenty of space for us all. Beds are really nice and comfortable. Apartment was clean. And the price was fantastic as well, all the other hotels in the area are VERY expensive. And this was an apartment with akitchen and all!! This is a great option for a large group. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lack of empathy. After being stuck in 2 blizzard storms with weather warning alerts and road closures on 2 days, there was no way to reach the hotel on check-in date. Other hotels and Airbnb graciously agreed to cancel our booking due to the extenuating weather related circumstances. But this property has no empathy for customers and refuses even a partial refund and blame it on customer for not wanting to make the long drive even if it is not safe for customer to do so. inflexible policies on the part of certain business establishments such leaves a bad impression"

"Beautiful hotel, great location. Need more amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo and body soap combined and thats all they had in the shower. Otherwise everything was amazing."
