Location is fantastic. Super close to aquarium. The bathrooms were very clean except for some weird stains on the door. The rooms size was great. The pillows smelled gross. Like sweaty old man. I asked for new covers and they smelled the same. The AC and elevator were both not working.

My children developed a rash after going in the pool and hot tub. My son was covered from head to toe and needed a course of antibiotics. Dirty place

Staff was all friendly, breakfast oprions were good. And for tge first time in 4 years housekeeping actually took care of our room after 1 night!!! That was a very nice surprise. But our bathroom mirror was broken and the electrical outlets and USB ports were so lose, they wouldn't charge a phone. And we had to wedge in my mother's cpap machine to keep it running.

We stayed one night as we visited the Mystic Aquarium for the day and then went sight seeing in Mystic and visited some other nearby sights the next day. The pool is small, but worked well for my 3 year old granddaughter. It seemed a little cloudy, but it was in high use. We stayed in the king room and although they were not adjoining they were able to give us side by side rooms. They were very spacious and had everything we needed with a good size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker all in the room. I don't recommend staying in the rooms across from the ice makers as we heard it making ice all night long. The breakfast offered in the morning was acceptable and had a variety of items including hot foods.

It was a fine stay for one night, pool is definitely a plus and free breakfast was nice. Overall, place isn’t the cleanest and the only elevator in the hotel broke during our stay so my elderly parents needed to take the stairs.

Very clean and well kept property updated and comfortable. Set back with elevator not working at the time but one flight of stairs didn’t kill us. Good location and breakfast in morning overall good stay would and will again!

Its what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Simple, clean, quiet. But the pull out sofa in a King room isnt the most convenient set-up. You have to request the bedding from the front desk and there is a very heavy, bulky coffee table right in front of the sofa with nowhere to really put in the room once the pull out is open. Elevator was out of order the day we were checking out and we were on the 2nd floor so that was inconvenient. The indoor pool is small and the chemicals are overpowering, just sitting in the pool area watching your kids makes your eyes burn.

It was exactly as advertised and PERFECT for families. The location was terrific. Breakfast was just okay, but the pool was great for the kids.

The elevator wasput when we arrived. We were only on the second floor so not a big deal. The rugs in stairwells needed to be vacuumed. The rooms were fine. The morning staff overode the hold on the room next door so we were not nextdoor to them. The evening desk person was great and accommodating

The hotel was decent for rate although check is was at 4 and the hotel was empty and could have been much earlier the pool is TINY, it is clean and so is hotub but when I say small I mean 10 people in it is capacity. I didn't see a housekeeper the entire stay but place was clean. Few small issues like ice maker didn't work, they do not take any cash even for lobby drinks & snacks and although there was a firepit and small deck it couldn't be used and lastly there were maybe 2 usable pool lounge chairs the rest were completely rotted. It is in walking distance to the shops but you do have to cross a pretty busy road and go up/down a huge hill. If you have any older people in your party or anyone with leg issues there is no way they can climb the hill to return to hotel from shops

2 nights stay for family of 3 including toddler. PERFECT location. We walked to most places except Mystic Pizza. Highly recommend Pink Basil and Seaview. Returning back to enjoy Seaport Museum.

Pool was clean and warm, closed little earlier than I liked, but other than that great. Very close to mystic village and the aquarium. And the Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic!

This hotel was an excellent value for the cost. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It is conveniently located to all Mystic attractions including the Aquarium, downtown, and many restaurants. It's perfect for a little getaway and very family friendly.

We enjoyed our stay for a little family get away. The kids loved the pool. We stayed on the 2nd floor and will request the 3rd next time because we heard the guests above us clearly and it was disturbing while we tried to sleep.
