"The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. While most hotel rooms are a bedroom with a small table & chairs, this is more like a large living room with the bed off to the side. Both the couch and the bed were extremely comfortable.
Perfectly located with the Aquarium and village literally around the corner, and the museum under 10 minutes away.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again."
"I liked that it was close to the aquarium and shopping centers. I didn’t like how old the building was and hearing the people through the wall next to us !"
"The breakfast is absolutely terrible. I’ve been to many hotels with with free breakfast and never seen something so terrible. The eggs were watery and legit had water in the pot. The oatmeal was soupy water. And the Canadian bacon was a piece of ham barely cooked. And the French toast forget about it it’s just a piece of bread that they put some butter on and heated up. And the coffee just gross. Don’t let me mention that restaurant on property it’s nasty. It’s the same cook who makes the breakfast. Half way thrown together food"
"Cozy fireplace in the common room welcomed us in from a damp night in downtown Mystic. It was so relaxing to sit on the couch with a beverage before retiring upstairs for the evening. We only live about an hour away but didn't want to worry about driving home after exploring Mystic for the day. This was a perfect place to lay our heads. Breakfast was delicious with many things to choose from in the buffet. Fresh fruit, muffins, homemade bread and a delicious chia pudding. We left with a full belly. You can tell Josh takes great pride in his home and attention to his guests. We would definitely stay here again."
"Front desk staff were excellent - probably the most attentive and accommodating I’ve ever experienced in all my years of travel. I believe the gentleman’s name was Jeramie."
"It was great stay. Would go back again. We were only there for one night but we were greeted by the owner Joe who was very hospitable and gave us a quick and detailed run down of the Inn and also a detailed info on the surrounding area and fun places and things to do while in Mystic. He met us at our town house and gave detailed info on our accomadations. At the end of our stay in the morning the staff delivered us fresh baked muffins fruit and coffee to start our day. Wonderful place would highly recommend."
