"The rooms were clean and there were bathroom amenities. The free breakfast was very good. I was concerned that there was no water in the rooms for the coffee machine aside from getting a cup of water from the bathroom. I called down to the front desk inquiring about this as I thought for how much I paid for a room there should at least be water supplied for the coffee maker. The customer service rep from the front desk, apparently felt bad for me and brought me up a free plastic bottle of water. Kudos to him being thoughtful. It left me with a very good view of this hotel."

"The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any questions or request. The restaurant is first rate. We could have lived here for a very long time. The hotel was centrally located to all our destinations and so accessible from the 401. "

"Due to fluctuations in outside temperature, the hotel AC had not yet been activated. The room was uncomfortably hot (26C). I believe it is prudent for the hotel to notify customers in advance of this prior to locking in the reservation. Had I known, I would have made alternative reservations. I got a fan and an apology from the hotel either of which was satisfactory. Disappointed."

"The room was very clean. The heater and thermostat worked very well, for my fellow lizards who like to sleep warm. Easy to get to from the highway, easy to find parking. There arent many tables for breakfast so if you're not there early you might not get a place to sit. The food was typical for free hotel breakfast. I got back to the hotel after midnight following a concert and did not feel unsafe in the parking lot as a single woman, it seems like a fairly safe area."

"A very lovely, spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed and linens. In another season, the gas fireplace would make it even cozier."

"We had an issue with our toilet, the seat was broken. We tried to call down to the front desk but our phone was not working. Went down and waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Manager on Duty Raj, switched our rooms. New room had no closet, no where to hang jackets/clothes, window was broken, glass had a crack from one end to the other. Floor was first and sticky, and bottle of shampoo was empty. Terrible all around. And the price was way too much for the condition of the property. Will never stay here again, and will never recommend to any of my clients."
