I found it really difficult to find restaurants, there were a few listed as open by google maps, but they already...

"This is the BEST affordable hotel I have found in Mandalay - I've tried at least 10. The facilities are very nice; the staff is excellent; the porters/bell boys are helpful without pushing; it is the shortest travel time I've had getting back to the airport; looking very forward to my return to Paragon next week! I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service."
