"Convenient location, large rooms, no issue with hot water. Room cleaning is done well. Facility, including the rooms are starting to show some wear and can use some repair here and there. Staff are accommodating but may appear more lax than other hotels but guests should know that facility is also a long term serviced apartment."

"We have stayed at Pan Pacific Yangon at Junction City many times since it first opened, most recently in July 2026. Over all these years, the hotel has maintained consistently high standards, which is truly impressive. I am especially sensitive to musty or moldy odors during Yangon’s humid monsoon season, but Pan Pacific has always been exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms are fresh, odor-free, and the bed linens are crisp and spotless. It is always a pleasure to stay here, and...
