My adult daughter had to sleep on a small couch so her kids didn't have to sleep on the floor. I called to complain and was told "oh well". I have never paid for my family to sleep on the floor or a tiny sofa. We had been here before, but we will not be returning. My family are not dogs that can be mistreated "
