"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Comfort Inn in Orillia thanks to Alex at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Alex was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable, but Alex truly goes above and beyond. Their customer service was exceptional — friendly, efficient, and thoughtful in every interaction. They made the check-in process seamless and were happy to answer questions and ensure everything about my stay was perfect. Alex is a fantastic representative of the Comfort Inn brand, and their positive attitude really stood out. "Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!"
