"Had an issue with the Hotels.com booking but the owner was very nice and accommodating!"

"We had additional fees at check in, bed sheets were stained, the tv. did not work due to poor internet connections. Bed was extremely soft and had to check in and wait to get $30 deposit back at check out, have never had to do that. I could have stayed cheaper in a nicer place without a reservation. Was very disappointed. "

"Number one the room looked much bigger in the picture the room was very tiny barely any walking room. It look like there was a pool in the picture on Expedia but there was no pool. the room had roaches crawling on the walls. There were four of us and only 2 washcloths and two towels one hand towel. No phone in the room to call and ask for towels and washcloths I will never stay there again."

"Good place to stay. Was greeted by Clerk. Was able to get to room with no issues. Only problem i experience was the shower just had warm water. Also the property is a little dated. Nothing what a fresh coat of paint couldn't cure. "

"Room was clean and met our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"After a deep search they did find our reservation. Somehow it had been cancelled. The clerk was able to still get us a room for the days we needed. It was clean and well lit. Everyone was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was we could hear the person above us walk around all morning. "

"The long term tenants made me very uncomfortable for my stay. The receptionist was very kind to inform of the situation, however I could not stay there due to the circumstances. Police presence was there when we left for dinner and I could not return to the premises for the unsafe feeling. I let the staff know and they were kind."
