"I was very lucky with the hotel as they gave me a free room upgrade. room was spacious overlooking the river, 15min walk to shatin metro station. staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked that they don't provide plastic water bottles but rather installed water filter so you can have as much water as you want. Bring your toothbrush thou. Thanks for the great stay "

While the guest room is comfortable, there are minor hygiene issues, such as rust on the toilet seat joints and a mild humidity smell in the room. However, the hotel staff are nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to families visiting Hong Kong."
