First the good....few employees are 5 STAR:
1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English.
2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite.
3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite.
Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE.
I FELT UNSAFE.

"Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -...

"Von außen sieht das ganze ja ganz nett aus, von innen allerdings fürchterlich.
Auf dem Gang zum Zimmer waren riesige Schmutz-Fleicken am Boden, im Zimmer roch es stark nach kalten Rauch, der Boden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt, die Toilette und die Dusche waren so dreckig das ich mich dort nicht duschen wollte. Das Personal sprach schlecht Englisch.
Dieser Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen "

"Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht. Er was geen personeel wat engels sprak. Wij hadden iedere keer bij de receptie een bewaker zitten die helemaal niet verstond. Ander personeel niet gezien. Ontbijt was slecht en hadden geen keuze gekregen de avond ervoor dus kregen volgende ochtend zomaar wat. Omdat we dag daarop vroeg weg gingen had onze chauffeur om een ontbijtpakket gevraagd maar deze was er niet die ochtend en verder ook helemaal geen personeel te vinden behalve de...
