Check-in and check-out can be a bit confusing since you need a key to use the elevator, but it does make things feel more secure. It was hard to find, as the front is a large wooden door with a small door to enter. The elevator is great 100 years old. Very cool experience."

"Rustic and traditional Italian B&B. Room was clean , nice balcony . There is an elevator that goes to the 4th floor and if you have a room with a balcony, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs. Conveniently located. All in all very nice stay "
