"Breakfast was good. Room was great. Bed was comfortable, slept like a baby. Balcony was large. Staff was helpful and professional. Location was great. Best of 3 hotels we stayed at in Argentina. We did not use the Span or pool."

"We arrived at the hotel/apt and there was no room for us. We were sent 10 min away by csr to another apt, but it was under construction. That location also did not provide breakfast, which we had paid for. We were promised a full refund but it has not been issued after 5 days and hotels.com has been unhelpful with the situation. I would not work with any of these actors again. Really bad business: don't provide the paid-for service and then delay the refund. "
