"Budget hotel in the city center. Located on pedestrian street with several restaurants and cafes and shops. Good location if you want to travel around the region. The buses stop couple of blocks away from the hotel but easy transport options. Plenty of police presence in night so it’s safe. Hotel can sometimes be noisy but I found it ok for the price. Comfy bed, decent shower and a huge tv. A small fan to beat the heat. Staff is friendly "

"The hotel is very well located right next to the main plaza, with lot's of options for dining and shopping at walking distance. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was in a so-so shape, yet the beds were clean and the room served it's purpose. the location may not be the nicest location to walk late at night due to being very quiet after 10pm. In general the hotel was great for the value and served the purpose as a resting place in between all the activities surrounding the area."

They overbook the hotel and they tell the guests that too bad and tough luck for them. The staff do not know anything about good customer service. "

La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas y solo había un ventilador pequeño, por lo que siempre nos sentimos sofocados y con bochorno. La cama, el armario y el televisor muy bien, pero la ventilación si muy deficiente. Respecto al baño, el sanitario no tenía tapa y el jabón era de barra pero parecía jabón de cocina. La ducha estaba perfecta."
