"I can't fault this hotel. I arrived at 5am after a 14 hour bus journey and even though my check in wasn't until 12 they found me a room and I was asleep by 6. All at no extra cost I've never felt so welcome. Lovely staff, clean and quiet hotel and really convenient for the centre of town. Zero complaints."

"Excellent location directly on Plaza de Armas. Great rooftop for a generous breakfast à la carte menu or a sunset drink. We stayed in a suite which had windows with views of the plaza which was great. The front desk staff is so friendly, and housekeeping did a great job."

We had to leave one day at 2:50 am and as we were exiting, a gentleman at the counter saw us leaving and asked us to wait a couple of minutes. He returned with two bags for breakfast to go.
