"We only stayed one night on our way further south, but really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently situated and beautifully designed, with a large and comfortable seating area downstairs and access to a kitchen.
We especially liked the design and ambience of the property and it was quiet and peaceful.
The town isn't much to write home about, although has a nice cathedral.
We would stay at Erawan Boutique Hotel again."

"Very friendly staff, quirky interior. Lovely breakfast. Great location and good value for money. Bathroom although clean was in need of refurbishing."
"It was OK for a quick stay on route to other destinations if you are driving and need parking. The town was close enough by car but most restaurants were closed on Sunday so it was a challenge to find a place to eat."

Front-desk service is excellent and swift; we arrived late in the evening with several suitcases, and we were immediately offered a ground floor room instead of our originally assigned room on a higher floor to accommodate us (without us even asking) which was extremely thoughtful.
There is a wide parking area at the front of the hotel (shared with a restaurant next door) and the hotel is close to Bernay town centre which has plenty of food outlets and retail shops.
We have rarely seen this level of service for the price of the room and can only encourage other travellers to use it."

I stayed in one of their renovated room ( which I recommend as the hotel is a little bit dated). The room had all the basics you need: modern TV, shampoo and soap in the shower, towels, storage space etc.). Breakfast (Buffet style) was very good with many choices. The location of the hotel is very central and convenient. I recommend this hotel for business or a layover (not a vacation)."
