"Breakfast and Full Board was okay - but gets very busy there was times when we couldn’t find seats or plates - but the staff helped. It’s helps having a McDonalds opposite the hotel - kids opted for that some nights. The kids club and entertainment staff was really nice - both my kids loved spending time with “Nana” The food at the pool was nice and there is a Shisha Lounge which is within the hotel which was really nice. The gym was decent managed to have x3 sessions at a cost of 100dhm We got Khadija as our housekeeper and she was really friendly helped out. "

"Our host, Mustafa, was wonderful and very helpful in spite of our inability to speak French. Excellent, walkable location to the medina Beautiful riad. The weather was far too cold to eat breakfast comfortably on the roof too terrace even under cover and would suggest serving indoors, if possible."

"I encountered a few issues with the room, a shower leak that flooded the bathroom, insufficient lighting and a faulty fold-out bed in the suite lounge. However, the staff took excellent care of everything. They truly have an outstanding team. I dined in the top floor bar on my first night and most late evenings were spent in the ground floor bar, where the team was consistently fantastic and always willing to make things happen. The location is superb and unbeatable. Highly recommended."

"The property is centrally located, offering convenient access to all city attractions as well as the sea. The staff are exceptionally friendly and consistently strive to meet guests’ expectations—ask for something, and they are quick to accommodate. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room service meets a high standard. Although the property is not brand new, it features traditional elements that add to its charm. The pool area is ideal for swimming or simply relaxing, and the live music in the evenings creates a wonderfully atmospheric setting. Staying here truly felt like returning home after each day’s adventures, and I would highly recommend it. The only minor drawback was the music from a nearby outdoor venue at night. It may be noticeable if you go to bed early, as we did around 9 p.m., but it was not excessively loud."
