Its a budget hotel, so my expectations were not high and proved correct. Quite tired rooms, but very clean, no issues with that. Room was dark and shutters didn't open, perhaps to cut down the noise from the railway at the back. No dining or bar facilities; they do offer breakfast but I had to check-out early, so didnt try it."

No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? "It's billed as four-star by French agencies, and while the restaurant is nice, and the food good, the rooms are three-star except for the beds, which are admittedly excellent and 5-star quality. Careful when choosing the side of the hotel for the room; "garden" looks over the pool and restaurant and can be noisy. Very nice staff."

We didn't really feel at home (smelly toilet and also because the heating was off and we had to use an electric heater). It is a nice hotel overall, but it just seems past its time."
