Everything pristine. The room was immaculate and coffee machine and microwave were so useful. Shower was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Didn't like the plastic cutlery for breakfast. Maybe a few chairs in the laundry would be handy whilst waiting for laundry to be done.

Day 1 got there at 8am, nothing left and not refilled
Day 2 got there at 7 a few scraps left. Very poor indeed.
