"We booked on Hotels.com and this is where place we had a problem. It advised us our total cost of the stay for 1 night was 48 Euros. This is a condo and min night stay is 2 nights, which website should not have allowed us to book in the first place. Plus 60 Euro cleaning cost which was more than the night stay hidden in total cost after you have booked in small print. Sylvia was amazing in trying to help our situation as she showed up late at night to meet us. We weren't in the room for 12hrs...
