"We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. "The rooms were awful, nothing like the photos shown on web site. They put us in a dark corner room where the ice maker and laundry room was and it was so loud. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they were booked but when my son was checking in (he had the adjoining room) they put him in a different room. Breakfast was a jimmy dean frozen sandwich that a woman microwaved for us. Had the typical waffle maker that the woman also did for you. Bath tub had the enamel peeling off of it and did not drain well at all, standing in a tub of water while showering, toilet kept filling unless you played with the handle. We were in town for a function and most of our family stayed in very nice hotels for a better price. We picked this based on the reviews and photos on their website, I would really like to know who is giving these 5 star reviews on their website. "
