Close access to the ski slopes. Property and room is a little rundown and old compared to as advertised. Hot water was not working but staff accommodated me to another room. Room has poor noise isolation so you can hear your neighbors. Toilet seat lid does not stay up! Friendly and helpful staff ...

Super stay, homely, friendly, helpful, good coffee, good selection of breakfast bits, the lady owner is a Jem, super accommodating, and Ly was great for lifts around town, would (and hope to) return in a heartbeat

Had a really good stay here! The pictures online do no justice. Great location - amazing Mountain View’s from the room and dining spaces (better than in Hakuba), Very clean, amazing staff, good food! No regrets. They actually exceeded my expectations here! Would definitely return
