"Very nicely designed hotel, clean and safe. Staff is efficient and kind, they speak perfect english. Rooms are small but normal for region. Only real downside is AC is controlled for the whole building, I found the rooms could get warm."

"we stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The outside of the building doesn't look like much, but the rooms are nicely renovated. Our room was very small though, so not sure if we will stay there again. Also, it was a bit of a walk to Shibuya Station. You can also use the closer Shinsen station, but then you still have to change at Shibuya Station. The laundry machine in the room is a nice perk"

"Location is around 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku station, & got many restaurants & shops in walking distance. Breakfast choices quite good but seats are quite limited & line to get in can get very long "

"The hotel is very modern. Clean and comfortable. The room was very nice with everything provided. The only negative is there wasn't a lot of hanging or storage space. We did have 2 full size cases. Great view from floor 34"
