The room comfortable and quiet loved to huge windows. The buffet breakfast was the best I have experienced!!! Presentation was perfect, good variety and tasty. Coffee bar available with staff to serve you. We walked to many historical sites. For sure, we would return. Highly recommend

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent staff. Martin went way beyond expectations and was very helpful with suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Even after we left for Hanoi he contacted us to warn about possible heavy rain and flooding. I highly recommend this great hotel."
