We were disappointed at the beach, the snack food options were dissatisfying, we expected more authentic Dominican foods. However Raul at the buffet gave us exceptional service and we were happy to see authentic foods there. Despite some disappointments, we would be returning to Gran Ventana because the staff was exceptional. "
