"Hotel was cool. Breakfast was good. Rental car was stored in a safe parking lot. Room was very comfortable. Excellent stay. The neighborhood didn’t feel very safe, in general. Especially at night. "

"Yes it was, the staff were exceptional, young man when we were leaving for the airport and needed to find our laundry which should have been delivered by an outside laundry, totally saved us. He called the laundry which was about to close for the day. Offered to go with us in the taxi that he had ordered to assist with dealing with the laundry. We didn’t require that but he already called them to establish our laundry was there. PS if staying at the hotel DO NOT USE Arthur’s laundry service. Charged us for delivery and didn’t follow through!!!!"
