"This property and stay was absolutely amazing. Its located in a great part of Douro, but feels very private and secluded. Ivo was great to talk to and responded promptly to all our questions. Lidia is absolutely amazing as well and took care of us as if we were her family. The room was charming and clean, the breakfast was great and the pool was very tranquil and relaxing. "Staff were fabulous, special thanks to Ana, Bruno and Rita. Hotel was nice but tired, needs some TLC. Hotel is good for 2 nights, as dinner menu only changes every other day. Breakfast was satisfactory. As the accommodation was listed as a “wine hotel” we were expecting wine tastings and a sommelier."
