"I did like this hotel. The rooms were well-designed and had a very functional bathroom with the toilet/shower section separate from sink/mirror so two people can get ready at the same time and there was actually a place to put things down (rarely in a hotel bathroom). The cafe was a little weak and missed breakfast because it didn't start till 6 which is unusual for an airport hotel...NOT EVEN COFFEE. The shuttle driver was awesome and was very proud that he got a forgotten bag with insulin to a guest that was boarding an international flight."

"I was able to check in early. The first room I was assigned was filthy and run down. Dust everywhere, excrement stains all over the side and back of toilet, rust and mildew in the tub, paint falling off the ceiling, stains on the sheets and walls, and hair everywhere. I went downstairs and noted the issue and was given another room. The new room was one 1.5 steps above the other on the cleanliness scale. Luckily i brought gloves, lysol wipes, and trash bags (they dont give you trash bags). I spent about 30mins making the room livable between inspecting the sheets to make sure they werent dirty (clean sheets this time and mattress covers) and cleaning the surface areas and bathroom. The beds are firm and pillows are lousy. I had to pile all 4 pillows together just to get any kind of next support. They gave me a credit for “The Art Bar” which we used for breakfast. The staff at the bar seemed like they were exhausted and ready to end the work day (it was 10am). We ordered breakfast sandwiches when we received them, they were burnt to a crisp with no flavor. There are 4 elevators but each morning it took about 10mins to get to the lobby bc they barely worked. Front desk staff was nice but overall, this hotel sucked. I will never ever stay at another Sonesta. Shut this raggedy place down and start over…"

"Great hotel but do not like the $28 "activity fee" and did not see any activities which this fee would cover. Breakfast was so slow it was not possible to order on the menu. I cant always eat so much as to need a buffet."
