Clean room and very convenient location

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I called on Thursday morning specifically to confirm that the pools were open before making my reservation. However, when I arrived on Saturday with my children, I was informed that the pools were closed due to maintenance repairs. Had I been given accurate information, I would have booked another place. The main reason for choosing this location was for my kids to enjoy the pool, and it was very disappointing for them to arrive and find it closed. This situation reflects a serious lack of communication and knowledge from the staff who provided incorrect information. I expected reliable information when I called ahead, and unfortunately that was not the case.

This was one of the cheaper properties on the strip during my stay. The state of the hotel overall was run-down, I had multiple problems with the key card entry into my room. Staff was accommodating and helpful, even if the overall issue never was fixed. This hotel needs renovations, some of which are in progress.

Stayed prestige club and that was excellent.

You will not regret it, it was perfect in every way
