"Nice experience- right from the check in stage, the team provided a nice room. The Chef Selva and other chef and coffee counter person were super helpful in customising available options for my taste. The waiting staff and restaurant managers were great too. Abod in the bar on the rooftop was very courteous. Housekeeping paid attention to details and tech support arranged a long length HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the TV. Nice experience overall though expensive. Restaurants taking their last order by 1045pm was a bit odd. No 24 hour coffee shop or tea lounge."

"First of all I was there in the morning and they let me check in before the scheduled check in time it helped a lot. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was well maintained and clean with all necessities provided. Only downside was the food personally I didn’t liked the food at all."
