Everything was clean throighoit the whole hotel. Premium quality finish on Premier room. Pool/bar area was a nice place to chill with a good city view. Gym was good, could just do with with a few more weight machines in my opinion. All staff very friendly 😃

Very good business hotel and lovely staff

Good hotel. Spacious, clean rooms with plenty of amenities. WiFi worked well too. Breakfast is mainly local with some European options.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. We only had breakfast one day but it was good. Great place to stay and convenient for the airport. Would stay again

Quick overnight stay before flight the next morning so perfect position Friendly helpful staff

Room was spotless and well maintained. Comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom. Felt like a more expensive hotel, so good value for money.

The hotel is excellently located near shops, malls, street cafes, Western and Malaysian eating places, both well recognised and not so well known. The area is good for walking around and exploring and for longer explorations taxis are available at reasonable cost. The hotel staff were polite and helpful and appeared to genuinely enjoy their work. When requests were made or advice sought, the staff could not help enough to ensure that they found a solution. The service was first class.

A good budget hotel next to a good food court.

Very small room without a window, but it was clean and modern. Not much in the area, but a few nice food stalls in the street for dinner. Very handy budget option near the airport if you're in transit.

Lovely staff and very nice receptionist . Very close to the airport . Room is nice has everything you need .

Good place to stay, convenient and near the bus station.

We stayed here for 2 wonderful nights. The hotel features in the World Boutique Hotel Awards Collection 2015 and rightly so. With 11 beautiful bedrooms, library, roof terrace, stylish traditional design and friendly staff who make every effort made to accommodate customers exacting requirements this as good as it gets. Just don't expect an olympic sized swimming pool, gymnasium and conference facilities.
