Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr gutes Abendessen, Im Frühstücksraum war es etwas unkoordiniert. Lag aber wahrscheinlich an der Frühstückszeit. Insgesamt ganz gut werde es noch mal besuchen wenn ich geschäftlich hier in der Nähe bin.

Das Hotelbild täuscht eine Gemütlichkeit vor.

Dieses Hotel hat im Service stark nachgelassen. Eine Tischbestellung an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft wurde nicht weitergeleitet. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war zeitweilig verschollen. Das Essen war lieblos auf dem Teller platziert. Ich kenne dieses Haus aus früheren Besuchen, aber leider hat es sehr stark nachgelassen. Das Haus hat sich stark vergrößert hat dafür aber viel von der eigentlichen Gemütlichkeit eingebüßt. Das Personal ist nicht mehr Gast bezogen sondern arbeitet nur noch nach Vorschrift. Das aber auch ziemlich schlecht.

Recommended

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with three windows that open. Front desk service was friendly and the restaurant is a local favourite. The hotel offers half pension which is popular, which means most outside tables are reserved for these guests. If you are not on half pension, try to reserve a table for dinnery when you make your reservation, not after you arrive. The hotel is within walking distance of all the sights in town. Parking is in a convenient garage across the street, but you can drive up to reception to check in and unpack. Tours are available of their brewery and of the town. This traditional hotel has been restored with a pleasing mix of traditional and modern elements and is a very pleasant place to stay.

Ein freundliches Wohlfühlhotel in der Altstadt. Im Zimmer und auch im Restaurant werden die Hygienestandards und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Hinblick auf Corona umgesetzt.

It was located within walking distance to all the Medieval cathedrals and sites. The hotel operates its own delicious brewery. The hotel is extremely popular with German tourists. And the Saturday party night is not to be missed.

Es war alles top, bis auf verschlissene Handtücher und dass ich mich dort wegen einer angeblichen noch nicht erfolgten Zahlung rumärgern musste. Wurde direkt über PayPal bei Expedia bezahlt und die Dame hat das einfach nicht gewusst. Mitarbeiterschulung und eine ernst gemeinte Entschuldigung vor Ort wäre toll gewesen.

Ich war im anscheinend relativ neuen Gebäudeteil auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite untergebracht. Modernes Zimmer mit großem sauberen Bad. Am Frühstück absolut nichts auszusetzen. Abendessen habe ich im dortigen Restaurant eingenommen, ebenfalls sehr gut. Parkgebühren 4€.

Historisches Hotel auf dem Stand der Zeit

Hier fühlt man sich schnell "zu Hause": angenehme, persönliche Atmosphäre, große saubere Zimmer, gute bürgerliche Küche, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gerne wieder!
