My experience there was unpleasant, on check-in they were friendly and answering all questions regarding using the amenities after covid-19 and explain all the regulations, we went to swim they had only one door open to access the swimming pool which was crowded most of the time. Next day we went to have breakfast and they did not allow us to enter the restaurant and we need to have it on the room which negates what they told us at the reception especially I asked thoroughly regarding that. There was a staff named Tariq who was trying to help us and was understanding all the time but reception staff were really unprofessional we asked them to tell us where we can do covid-19 test before traveling back, they advices us to went to Kims hospital and to show them hotel's key to get a discount, we went there and no one had an idea regarding the discount.
