"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."

"The staff was wonderful, quick 10 min walk to Wallisellen train station. Bother above average in our room, but it was clean and fairly quiet, but at the end of a business park, so not the most convenient to get to, and other than a mall next door, not too many travel amenities near by"
