Oda servisi diye bir şey yok. Suyu kendimiz alıyoruz. Oda içerisinde biz çoraplarımızla dolaşırken görevli kirli terlikleriyle dolaştı. Banyoda bulunan jakuzi çalıştırıldığında içerisinden kireç kalıntıları çıktı. Yemekler daha iyi olabilirdi. Restaurant düzeni(layout) daha iyi olabilirdi.

Eskilik hakim.. iyileştirmelere ihtiyaç var ve yataklardan başlanmalı.. havuzlar yenilenmeli, termal otel olmasına rağmen otelin çoğu yeri çok soğuk havuzdan çıktığın an buz gibi, Ordan oraya giderken buz gibi..iyileştirmeler gerekli havuzlar 22 de kapanıyorsa kurutma niye 23 de kapanmıyor mesela?? Majör bi sıkıntı yaşamadık ama bunlar tercihde etken olur

Beklentilerimizi karşıladı . Gayet temizdi , personeller ilgili , çoğunluk çocuklu ailelerdi . Palace ile vadi bölümler birbiri ile iç içe sayılır tercih yapacak olursanız palace daha yeni . Otelde bizim için tek eksi yön ebeveynlerin çocuklara sahip çıkmaması nedeni ile gece 00:30 01:00 da bile otelde koşturma ve gürültü oluyordu . Açık termal havuz muazzamdı , bütün havuzlar rahat rahat yetiriyor herhangi bir sıkışıklık vs olmuyor. Otel içindeki marketler ucuz tüm ihtiyacınızı karşılar. Restorant kısmındaki yemekler lezzetli .
