A real gem in Mudgee
Fabulous communication- the unit was gorgeous and everything was top quality. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was fabulous, the kitchen was very well appointed and the BBQ was a real treat. Lovely outdoor seating area - quiet and private. We really appreciated the lockable garage for our car.

Great location. Great property. Only negative was bathroom mirrors not usable except in silhouette. However a handheld mirror provided. It’s the only way you can see yourself to shave apply makeup etc.

Short stay at Mudgee
Very happy with our stay. Unit was clean,nicely appointed & was ready for us when we arrived. With the unit being close to the city centre it was very convenient. Customer service was friendly regularly updating us about check in details. Only disappointment was the back bedroom toilet that had a flushing issue. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant & we would recommend this accommodation for anyone holidaying in the Mudgee region.

The location was great - within walking distance of unique country pubs which offer modern fresh food & beverages; the Three Tails craft beer and smokehouse and the main street of Mudgee - perfect! However, whilst the three bedroom, 2 bathroom was what we wanted, the dark mirrors in the bathrooms were annoying; the beds not comfortable and there was no mop & dustpan. It was advertised as Serviced Apartments, but just prior to arrival, I received a text stating, due to COVID, there would be no housekeeping for our 3 night stay. To our knowledge, there was no COVID in Mudgee and were't offered a slight refund or compensation like a bottle of wine, and as we weren't advised at the time of booking, or a day before, we didn't think this was 'good hospitality'. We had 6 coffee pods for 3 days for 4 adults and the coffee machine just didn't work, nor did Netflix. We booked the private bespoke Kirsten van for a 6 hour wine tasting and we were 'supposedly' booked into our choice of venue for lunch. However, the first vineyard wasn't open and the lunch venue was closed due to a private function. Clearly the organising of the tour was not professional. Belinda, our driver, was quick thinking and arranged alternative spots to visit and we all had a great day. On the plus side, it was good to have a garage to park our car and besides having a relentless barking dog in the mornings next to the main bedroom and tradesmen building a house at the other next door neighbour, we loved Mudgee.

Hi Rhonda, thank you for spending the time to give such great feedback. We agree the location is great, being walking distance to everywhere in town – especially Three Tails and the Oriental Pub only a block away. Currently, as we are bound by our covid safe plan until the 15th Dec, there is no housekeeping during your short stay, if you require anything, we offer you to call housekeeping and they will deliver whatever is needed or if you require assistance it will be done when you are not in the property. And unfortunately, it has been this way for 20 months and is not a part of your price. Your price includes a covid cleaning between guests. We will speak to owners of the barking dog and see if there is something we can do. However, this is the first time I have heard of the barking dog, and so hopefully it was a one-off occurrence due to neighbours being away? Trades people next door will be finished soon and only work during working hours and during the week. For any potential guests reading this, if neighbour’s trades people work at night or weekends please let customer service know and we will report to council. We will rectify items on your list that we are able to be rectify such as dustpan and broom placement ASAP. We will investigate the mishap with lunch bookings on your wine tour to try and prevent this happening again. We agree Belinda is an excellent and professional tour guide who is fast thinking and uses her knowledge of the area well so that if there is a change in plans, she is quick to solve it. We are glad you enjoyed Mudgee and hope you return to the region again soon. Cheers, Kirsten

Great stay at this apartment
Great location right in the centre of mudgee only a walk to bars and restaurant's. Accomidation was great comfortable and they organised wine and baloons for our arrival for my partners birthday.

The property itself was great and located so it was an easy walk to restaurants and pubs etc. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable but had a couple of issues which were a blocked toilet (laundry) and a garage door which wouldn't come all the way down. The staff had previous issues with these two things prior to us staying, so I'm wondering why they weren't fixed properly so the issues didn't continue. A plumber as opposed to a plunger might fix the toilet problem so it doesn't happen again. Hubby fixed the garage door so it stayed all the way down when closed.

Modern apartment close to shops

Apartment was great.. received a text message before we arrived for the code, the key is in a box at the front door. Use the code to get the key. Simple. Very modern apartments. we had the 3 bedrooms. Had ensuite off main bedroom. Freestanding bathtub in the other bathroom. Everything was very clean. Great amenities. Garage was small but we managed. There is an outdoor area off the combined lounge/kitchen/dining area with big bi-fold doors. Close to the centre of town. We could walk to the supermarkets.

Perfect Stay
Perfect Place for a family stay. Stayed in Mudgee for a wedding and Kirsten Apartments were fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. Apartments are tidy and comfortable.

Had a lovely couple of days in Mudgee. We were travelling on the motor bike and had secure parking for the bikes. Close proximity to the town centre. Friendly staff who were very helpful and obliging. visitied some local wineries and attractions.
