"I had a lovely stay here. The room was nice and had a stunning view of the adjacent mountain. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and check in was fast. The restaurant had a good range of food and drink, so my evening meal was enjoyable. The leisure facilities included with the stay were great. The outdoor jacuzzi was a particular highlight. Breakfast was good. Whilst I personally prefer a self-serve hot counter, service was quick and the quality of ingredients was very high. The property isn’t modern, but it is clean and charming. You’ll need to drive to get to anywhere away from the hotel, but you shouldn’t need to go anywhere as the hotel has all you need (there’s a petrol station just next door if needed) I’d certainly stay here again "

"We had a lovely stay at the imperial and have no complaints at all. It was very close to family we were visiting, close to bars and restaurants, and everything we needed was either in the hotel or just on the doorstep. The staff were always around to help if needed and we were constantly topped up with tea and coffee. Definitely staying again. "

"Check in was quick. The room was a great size with a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless. The range of tea, coffee, water and biscuits was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. The bar in the evening was a bonus. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back "

Very pleasant staff nothing to much hassle go over and above Shops just a short strool away Would have loved to stay longer but will definitely be back. I highly recommend a stay here you will love it. Its also just around the corner from the train station great location Very happy with our stay "
