Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. "Most relaxing stay at the quiet end of Plaka. Well run hotel. The most beautiful beach for swimmers! We were fine here for three nights without a car. "The owners and staff were fantastic! Warm, personal, welcoming, and ensured our stay was memorable. Upon arrival they learned that our daughter's birthday was the next day and they greeted her with a special treat at breakfast and birthday music in the background when she entered the dinning room. (This is just one example of their hospitality). The views from the balcony were beautiful. I would certainly recommend this property to other travelers. Excellent experience!"
