Yes you can hear others if they are loud and the occasional plumbing but nothing you probably don't hear at home if you have kids, the living room area could use some extra lights, we planned on doing a puzzle, yes we're those people, but it was a bit dark for the one we had with us, and the last tiny...

"This was a great little 3 day getaway place. Located in the heart of Berlin Ohio. It is within walking distance to most of the shopping in the heart of town. Very easy to get in and out because of an alley way. Clean and basic. Our room had a jacuzzi tub. Overall very good experience."

"Fantastic 4 night stay. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Just what we needed. The hot tub was our favorite even though it was chilly out, we made good use of it, the local shops are great. Found some cool stuff to take back home, wild life is amazing to watch. We saw an owl, a hawk catch a fish out the pond, black squirrels, and a cardinal that visited us numerous times a day. We will be back! "
