Tiled floor means lots of noise coming down from room above - kitchen chairs being moved by folk returning 2am created alot of noise. earplugs meant a decent night sleep/"

"We were here in July and we baked. The coin operated air conditioner is in the bedroom only and the rest is fans. The apartment is 3m wide by 30m long, so the AC definitely won't work on the space outside the bedroom. The description in Expedia is inaccurate. "Really great, huge apartment just one street back from the strand promenade. Near to the ferry, buses and the boat trips, really great location. Would highly recommend. "

"I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it. "The apartment was perfect for what we wanted- beautiful view, spacious enough for 2, really comfy beds and even a dishwasher! The team that look after the apartment were incredibly responsive to any questions and even helped us out at the last minute with organising the airport taxi when our original taxi let us down. "The property is clean and quaint. It is newly renovated and very comfortable. Two things to mention: the door to the unit is very difficult to open with the key and the stairs are difficult for older people with baggage. The lady who cleans is a gem, helping us with WIF and giving us her key. The lock tithe door needs replacing "

"This is a really cute apartment. Its small but that's all I needed. The only issue might be the low ceilings in the upstairs shower and bedroom if you're tall. It was pretty quiet other than Saturday night when there was an event at Barrakka Gardens. Its very conveniently located near the fast ferry, bus station, restaurants and stores."
