"Nourriture très bonne et variée, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute, piscine et plage magnifique et propres,... On reviendra. Mention spéciale à la directrice de l'hôtel qui n'a pas hésité à renvoyer plusieurs groupes de jeunes footballeurs algériens très irrespectueux et à en plus fait un geste pour nous et les autres touristes s'étant manifestés. Merci beaucoup "

"Great hotel with great facilities. Right on the beach and safe and convenient to walk outside to the shops/coffee shops etc. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The animation team are AMAZING. Mady, Luca, Mimi, Suzi....everyone works so hard. Hotel is always clean and tidy. Reception staff are very friendly and helfpul. There is alwasy some kind of activity happening around the pool or hotel. Somwthing to suit everyone. "

"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. Things like this can happen so suggestion to to make spare keys. We only stay for 1 night and that was enough for us. Staff at dining area were nice. Reception can be more attentive to visitors’ concern."
