Had the ability to grill our own food and have a fire to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather we had way into the night. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Play area for the kids. "There seems to be improvements to what I have seen in other reviews. There are some very rowdy neighbors on the pub next to this place, avoid if light sleeper. Mattress is pretty hard, again, avoid if this bothers you. Robert was nice enough to let us store our bags for a few hours so we could go on a tour. It was an adequate experience."

"This property is a gem located nearby Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns. The cabin is very new with a clean and functional kitchen as well as comfortable beds. Inverness is a quick drive away or by taxi (we found parking in Inverness to be a nightmare so opted for the taxi.) The owner is on-site to answer questions or help with any problems. Great place to stay if you are visiting the sites in this area of Scotland. "
