"There was no cold water in the shower- just scalding hot! I know for some people that wouldn’t be a problem but for elderly people it is! Carpet was filthy! Opened door to room and smelled like mildew, stagnant air! Bathroom floor had hair on it! Other than those issues it was ok!"

When I first got into the room, there was feces waste in the toilet. The staff moved me to a different room and said they had been having problems with the plumbing ..."
