We arrived right at the posted check in time and there was no one at reception and no one answered the phone number that was posted on the door. After about an hour, we almost gave up and found somewhere else to stay, but finally found another phone number on the website and got through to someone who then came and checked us in. Really nice hotel, lovely design, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly helpful staff (especially Colum). Be aware that if you walk into town, the dining options seem to be limited, so maybe eat in the hotel.
