"A fun getaway for a family with children. The playroom and the heated pool during winter kept the children and adults happy and occupied. Other activities were offered by the hotel like bikes for bike riding. Rooms were good. The bathroom had a bit of wear and tear. Shower is also a bath, so it was a bit tricky to step in for the children. There were non slip mats for the shower provided to reduce slips in the bath tub. Laundry facility was good but busy in the evenings. Will definitely return back when we’re back in Aotearoa. "

"We had a wonderful stay here! Older facilities but very comfortable and cosy. Parking was a bit challenging as the car parks are quite small for all the bigger vehicles but made it work. Wonderful service! The buffet breakfast was perfect and set us up well for the day. A beautiful place to stay, it was nice to be a little bit out of the city of Rotorua."

"Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The minio gold was cool fun and the spa bath was very nice. An easy bike away from the Redwoods. We also enjoyed the use of the electric car charging."

"Room was good, bed comfortable, shower grouting discoloured, looks dirty. Off putting… drinks in the bar expensive. Breakfast was amazing, best salmon eggs Benedict ever. Will definitely go again and try restaurant for dinner.. "
