This check in with Sage was quick and easy. She and Reggie were very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and very comfortable. Shay checked us out the next morning and Lynn made sure we were happy with our breakfast and went out of her way to make sure the area was clean and well stocked. I would come here again anytime.

This place was close to the highway, but quiet. It was clean and looked new. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again

I thgought I booked this reservation for Mt Vernon, Washington. NOT Mt vernon, Illinois. When we arrived and had no reservation, I was able to check in, in WA. The clerk at front desk told me to call the Mr Vernon IL desk and they would take care of cancelling. But when I reached them they could not find my reservation. I want a REFUND ASAP

Clean, updated property, staff was very courteous and helpful. Did not appreciate the fire alarm going off at 3:10 am. no fire, thankfully but if steam from a shower ( as expalined by desk clerk) truly sets it off, that needs to be fixed.

The first room they put us in the tv didn’t work. They moved us and the bathroom was not clean . Toilet has poop smeared across the seat and a burger on the toilet paper holder .

We arrived late at night with no available luggage carts. The front staff didnt seem to care and told us she can't help that other guests keep the carts in their rooms. The room was disgusting. The mirror in the bathroom was rusted and the room had a foul smell. The fridge was squeaking all night so we had to unplug it. There were dogs barking at night. The best part of the stay was how kind and helpful the staff serving breakfast was. I would expect the food would have been better but they were very friendly and went above and beyond. The hotel over all wasnt impressive. The carpets need replaced and the whole room overall felt dirty and the bathroom was just horrible. The sink didn't drain. The paint was peeled off in spots on the walls. The room didnt have linen for the fold out sofa bed so we had to go down and request it. We reserved the room for a full family and the room was only stocked with 2 towels so we also had to make another trip down for that as well. We were exhausted by the time we arrived and were in town for a funeral and that is the only reason I didnt immediately complain and book at a new hotel. I will never stay at this one again.

We stayed for three nights and the property itself look like it was well kept. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lorenzo who oversees the free breakfast area was phenomenal! Very friendly and helpful each morning. There were many hot and cold food item options which were all very tasty, with the exception of the automatic pancake maker. Our only complaint was the lighting in our room was extremely poor. even by turning on every single light available, the room was way too dark. It would also be helpful to have a reference guide to the TV channels.
