"The location was great. The breakfast was very good and had variety. The only issue was the daily room service was lacking. We had to go to the front desk twice to get the correct number of towels and bath cloths for our room. We had a two bedroom suite and only one bed was serviced. The staff did replenish the coffee k-cups or the plastic lining for our ice bucket. We have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express and this was the first time we had any complaints.
