"this was a great choice, the cabin was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed from the coffee maker AND the coffee, to the spacious upstairs. andrea who was at the desk gave us a whole rundown on the town and the trails, googling the weather forecast for us to help us plan what day to do what trail. she gave us info on what restaurants and markets were open (we went in the winter when most things are shuttered). she also gave us a later checkout which was really helpful. all in all, it was a great stay, i would highly recommend."

"Alejandra’s place is amazing. She makes a wonderful breakfast and is attentive to any question or need you have. The rooms are simple, but safe, clean and comfortable. The place is not quite on the main strip, but about a 10 minute walk from the bus station and the main shops and restaurants/bars. She’s a lively woman that will do anything for you. Highly recommended. Laundry service also offered. 5 min walk to Laguna Torres trailhead."

"When you travel, the more that you discover, the more you discover that there's even more to discover. So true for an absolute gem like Estancia Cristina. It was like floating through a fairy tale landscape of snow capped mountains, dreamy blue rivers and lakes, and stupendous views from lookouts. The staff were exceptional and did everything possible to enhance our stay. The food was delightful and the activities were varied and such a joy to engage in! So much to do!! It was pure magic. Thank you to all who made our stay such a fantasy come true!!"
